Human Cytoskeletal Remodeling qPCR Array Kit (GQH-CYT) profiles 88 key genes involved in cytoskeletal remodeling with a particular focus on Rho GTPase actin cytoskeleton remodeling. The cytoskeleton is responsible for maintaining cell shape, scaffolding, and regulating intracellular transport. It is also involved in numerous signaling pathways, cellular division, vesicular trafficking, and motility.
